Junk Yard Auto Parts? Who in the world would put junk on their car? Well, Junk Yard Auto Parts are not Junk, they are used, in fact, all of the parts on your car are used. The term Junk Yard actually began before the automobile. They were call junk yards, scrap yards etc. People disposed of all sorts of items like farm implements and other metal objects.

The natural progression when the automobile came alone, was to dispose wrecked and discarded automobiles in the same place. In the last hundred years, automobile recycling has become one of the largest industries in the world. Almost all recyclers these days have their inventory in a computer database.
